Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!

Nope not at all! We get many Dads or males coming to our gym, as well as many people who don't have kids. 

We are a welcoming community who accept anyone, of any fitness levels 

It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! 

Yes absolutely, you can bring your child/children to any of out classes or PT session. We have toys to keep them entertained, but they also tend to play with each other, creating little friendships! 

Its totally normal to feel nervous about trying something new, but we have a great community where everyone is welcoming and once you start your workout, you don't have a chance to concentrate on others! Our trainers are there to help you perfect your form and will help you choose weights etc.
