People always think it’s crazy how someone who doesn’t even have her own kids has created a fitness space that allows mothers to bring their children along. Why did I do this? Because mothers do such an amazing job at juggling all things mum life, but they generally put exercising to the bottom of their priority list because it’s too hard trying to find a gym that allows you to bring your kids with you. As chaotic as exercising with little ones running around the gym can be, I wouldn’t change it for the world! My day to day jobs involve teaching classes whilst holding a Bub or entertaining a crazy toddler, just so mum can get that workout in!
I remember being so scared about going to a gym, but Kin is the most inclusive and inviting place ever. Everyone here is just trying to carve out some time for themselves amidst the craziness of everyday life. After a significant health i couldn’t train myself, so I figured, what better time than now to get back to the gym and start empowering everyone to take their health seriously, prioritize some much-needed me-time, and get those heavy lifts! I love pushing you to your limits with HIIT and circuit training, and I’ll always hand you a heavier weight than you think you can handle. One of my favorite transformations is seeing ‘I can’t’ turn into ‘Actually, I can!’
Hi, I’m Jessica – the face behind JAC’d Fitness, inspired by my beautiful chaos: my two gremlins, Archer & Charlii. My journey into personal training is a deeply personal one — forged through rediscovering myself beyond motherhood, overcoming two decades of disordered eating, embracing my neurodivergence, and navigating health challenges that made us believe we couldn’t have kids (joke’s on them, right?). After having my children 16 months apart, running on zero sleep with a FIFO partner, and juggling a rapidly growing business; @archer_and_i , I found myself in survival mode. My mental and physical health was at an all-time low. I’d always been active, but I often used exercise in an unhealthy way. Pushing my body too hard, and reverting to my default setting of under eating, and overtraining as a way to cope. In 2021, I decided to make a change. I worked with an incredible personal trainer who helped me see fitness differently. Beyond the physical transformation, training gave me an outlet for my hyperactivity, helped me regulate emotionally, and completely shifted how I viewed food. Food is Fuel! This journey changed my life, and I realised I wanted to help other women unlock their strength too, while showing the next generation the power of movement and discipline. My motto? “Discipline over motivation.” Building discipline in one area of life creates a ripple effect, transforming every part of your journey. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I can’t wait to guide, support, and empower others to feel strong, confident, and capable!
I’m a qualified nutritionist and trainer working out of both locations. I started training at KIN myself and quickly fell in love with the classes and community and became a regular.
I have always LOVED strength based workouts, hitting high numbers and pushing my limits. Having the twins running around certainly keeps me busy so these days I definitely don’t shy away from cardio and circuit classes!
I’m so excited to be working along side the other KIN trainers and can’t wait for the amazing things to come with you all!
I'm the resident yoga and pilates teacher at Kin Health Co. I've completed 400 hours of yoga teacher training and have done additional training in prenatal and postnatal yoga, pelvic floor anatomy and physiology, pre/postnatal anatomy and physiology. This year I also undertook a matwork pilates training course. I love combining yoga, pilates and weights into my weeks as I search for the right balance of strength and flexibility. The three of those also give me a chance to switch off from the outside work and focus on what I'm doing as well as my breath. You'll also find me on a Saturday morning once a month helping you with the ice baths, chatting and laughing while I sit in one myself but helping you stay connected to your breath while you do it.
I started with Kelsie when I wanted to keep fit during my first pregnancy. My son is almost 6 and I'm still here! I loved coming to a gym where my kids could run around and no one would judge when I ended up breastfeeding mid class. Following the birth of my first, I found post natal life rough and very lonely. Kelsie messaged me until I finally rocked up to class with a 3 month old and I found the most incredible and supportive community. I've never looked back!

KIN is an amazing gym! The vibe is crazy but so great and there's absolutely no judgement. It's a safe space for so many including me.

When I'm not at KIN, I'm working as a solicitor or being a mum to my two littles who you'll often see around me or on me.
