Who We Are
Ultimate Family Friendly Gym
At KIN Health Co. we're passionate about helping people get healthy, achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. We are different than other gyms in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, NSW because we don't force you into a financial contract just so you can work out. We offer no locked-in contracts and 30-minute fitness classes starting at just $13.00 per session.
We are the ultimate family friendly space, where kids are welcome at not only the fit mums sessions, but all of our classes and personal training sessions.

Our Trainers
Our trainers understand the reality of how difficult it can be to make exercise achievable with children.
We are more then happy to have a baby hanging off our hip, we are used to the melt downs and we will make it work to ensure you get a workout in.
Our Locations
We are so excited that we have two locations! Our first gym has been open at Adamstown, NSW for the past 7 years. Our newest gym is located in Morisset, NSW!
